Timely Cub Recognition (was Awards and Laurie)

Perhaps you could suggest planning the ceremony for the cubmaster so all she
would have to do is show up and host it. If concern is for a big recognition
at the B&G in February, award the badges at a small ceremony as they are
earned and plan a big recognition ceremony for the B&G to congratulate the
boys. YiS
