Well, with the help of Rick Seymour (scouter rick), as well as some of my own
research, I've posted the descriptions of the changes in the Aims and Methods
of Scouting as listed in the various Scoutmaster Handbooks over the years.
They're listed on the program page of our troop website

I also just posted a page with a set of patterns I used to make an OA beaded
sash... check em out.
