I have had some boys who would have never made Eagle with this
requirement. These boys lettered in three High Scool sports. Scouting
took second place to sports in their TIME budget, not commitment. I
would have had to schedule around them with this requirement. All that
I asked was that they talk to me and attended when they could. My only
concern was then these popular boys were elected to SPL or PL since thy
couldn't carry-out their duties. I worked things out tough.
