ADMIN: InterNETional Scouting Page: Canada / U.K.

Dear fellow Scouters,

I have made some changes on the InterNETional Scouting page regarding
the group/district pages for Canada and the U.K. The number of these
pages has become sufficiently large to warrant individual pages, in
stead of listing them on the general world-wide page (as I have done
earlier for the U.S.A. and the Netherlands).

But on these separate pages, I want to list the units organized by
state, province or county (or whatever it is called in each country).
However, my knowledge of the internal boundaries is rather limited, so
any help is appreciated.

At the moment, the U.S.A. and Canada listings are probably right, since
most people in those countries include state/province in their address.
So most of all, I need help with the U.K. pages.
