I'm glad you included #11 Mike but I see #4 differently - not that it is
very important. I see a carrot as offering a reward, say $500, to someone
for achieving Eagle; Eagle is its own reward.
I view life as setting goals and, when achieved, setting new and tougher
goals. As you posted that is the raison d'etre of Eagle rank.
