Hi Mark Arend,
I feel I have to disagree with you about that man who won't go thru
anymore training, about having him on the training staff. I have been
District Training Chairman for 15 years. I have seen every training
manual change that national gave us. If anyone with this attitude is on
staff, I can guarantee you that he will not train the way national
intended. I have seen this kind of person many times. If you use then
on the training team, they will likely give their own opinion, and not
what's in the manual. Listen to him, he feels like he knows it all. You
and I know there have been a great many changes in just the past few
years. Again, BE CAREFUL about putting a person with such an attitude on
ANY KIND OF STAFF. Thanks for hearing me out on this. Take care.
