I agree...I have long pants with and without the cargo pockets. With the
long pants I have without the cargo pockets I have a problem of losing
things from the side pockets when I sit in a comfortable chair (like at
home after a scout meeting). I have not lost anything out of a cargo
pocket (yet!).

So I would change back to cargo pockets *AND* make the side pockets deeper.
Adding a watch pocket would help me, but I may be a minority too.

BTW, at the Parents Meeting on Monday, one of the parents noted that custom
uniforms can be ordered. Her son (at fourteen) is over 6'4" and weighs
more than 250. Of course when he joined the troop, he was taller than me
(6"2"). They are more expensive ($50 for 2 shirts) but may be a
solution...I wonder if they will add cargo pockets???
