Uniforms

Barry C Runnels (Barry_C_Runnels@MMACMAIL.JCCBI.GOV)

In a time of Boy Run Troops, Scouts should decide how they wear their
uniforms. As leaders, our responsibility is guidance. I've witnessed
most Scouts will do the right thing when given good information and
guidance,

If we just tell them to do it, we should expect some rebellion. These
guys are at the age where they want a reason for everything they do.

I don't disagree with most of what's been said (I don't like being
flamed either) but even with uniforms, Scouts follow Scouts much
better than they follow adults making and inforcing rules.

I love this Scouting stuff.
