There is a District and a Council list/charter. The 42, 88, and 96
positions are listed on the District roster for the District in which these
people were registered in. The 42 positions are coded with an asterisk to
indicate unit-only or district-wide counselors. There are also a number of
codes for each Commissioner position, Explorer Service Team, District
Chairman, several for different types of District Committee members, and
some Council Executive Board/Committee coded positions will show up for
those members residing within a District's boundaries.

This is true WITHIN the Boy Scout Troop, but VARSITY TEAMS as stand-alone
units will continue to exist. This is how Varsity was originally introduced
into Scouting, and continued even after the Troop Operations restructuring
added Venture/Varsity crews and teams as "patrols" in the Troop. This all
occurred at the same time skill awards went away and the Troop Guide and new
Scout patrol was introduced.

As an Assistant leader position in any Troop, Team or Pack; not as SM, CM,
VC, EA, AA, MC, CR, CC or any District position (except Lone Scout). Think
I hit them all. Miss any?
