A scouter sent me a message saying he remembered adults in the background
when he had used the Program Planning Video. I reviewed the video again on
a "big screen" and found out he was right, the scoutmaster's wife briefly
appears in the SM/SPL meeting delivering refreshments. At the program
planning conference the SM and an ASM are present. Time for me to practice
Kim's Game.
I also picked out a few other pointers that I had missed the last time
through. If anyone on the list has not used the Program Planning Kit, I
strongly recommend it.
