We just finished showing the Program Planning Video at our troop meeting
tonight. I was suprised when the video showed the Scoutmaster and Senior
Patrol Leader meeting ALONE to plan the Annual Planning Meeting. The video
also showed the Patrol Leaders Council meeting with only the Scoutmaster.
Is the video incorrect or are these meetings exceptions to the rule?
My thanks to anyone who can clarify this, since we will actually use patrol
leader council planning meetings this year.
