For five years French Creek Council has offered the "University of Cub
Scouting"with emphasis on the Cub Scout program. This is a degree program
offering Bachelor, Masters, Advanced, Doctorate, and Post Doctoral levels.
UCS offers an adverage of 50 courses, and have had participants from 25
different councils from Wisconsin to New Hampshire attend. It is held on
the first Saturday of November at the Edinboro University, Edinboro, PA.
This course is limited to 300 participants. For additional information on
