Patty has a real point here. One of the leadership skills that is stressed
in
Wood Badge is SETTING THE EXAMPLE!! There is an ancient maxim - Qui
Custodes Custodiet - Who will watch the watchers? When we fail to live up to
our standards, do we really think that the boys don't notice, and can we
ignore
that we are, in a small but very real way, contributing to the decline in our
society?
