You slap thighs and clap hands alternately for a beat:
Flea
Flea, fly
Flea, fly, mosquito
Calamine, calamine, calamine lotion
Oh, no more calamine lotion
Itchy, itchy, scratchy, scratchy
Ooh, I got one down my backy
Beat those bad bugs with the bug spray
PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST!
Dead bugs.
I do it as I sing a line and the group repeats it.
