Norman Rockwell ... still going strong

Patrick Skelly (ScoutLdr@AOL.COM)

Ronald W. Fox <us018956@POP3.INTERRAMP.COM> commented on the 8th in another
thread, "Currently, it [the official BSA web site] touts a tour of Norman
Rockwell art that ended 2 months ago."

That tour continues to October 27th. The paintings will remain on display at
the Norman Rockwell Museum at Stockbridge Massachusetts. After that they
will go back to BSA's archives.

There is also a special Norman Rockwell Award available through the museum
and BSA's Great Trails Council (MA). *Any* scout, guide, or youth member of
a comparable organization who is able to visit the museum is eligible.

Those who have access to AOL will find the award requirements and a photo
essay on the opening of the exhibit in Stockbridge at:
keyword SCOUTS
A Special Day for Scouting.

If you do not have access to AOL, I will be happy to send the requirements to
you via E-mail.
