Re: two deep leadership

This is a good one!!
When I teach a SM Fund. course I try to get across to everyone that the 2
deep rule is to proctect everyone!! I think that if you are in a Van or a
Multi-passenger vehicle chances are that the front seats can only hold 2
people anyway.
If you look at what the "RULE" is trying to prevent and not what
everyone is telling you. You will find the answer.
If you are in a vehicle with 4-6 or more other scouts going down the Hwy.
at 60 mph.(Ha) in a Convoy, you should be safe.

This might also be a way to get more parents to help on campouts, you
might want to think about this side of the coin also before you make any
changes.
