another "TO PHILMONT"

Although this is just one of MANY reports of departure to Philmont,
it's the only one my troop is making, so we're EXCITED (excuse the
yelling). We leave this morning (Tuesday, July 2) at 7AM. We're
stopping in Amarillo to stay the night and see the Texas pageant at the
Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Then we're on to Cimarron Wednesday for a
couple of days of sightseeing in the area. Our trek checks into
Philmont on July 5.
I'll be temporarily stopping mail from the list until my return, so if
any of you have really good items, please hold them until the end of
July (just kidding, kind of!).
