At this year's Hands Across the Border Conference in Albuquerque we saw a
lovely promotional piece on Guadalajara. It is the site of the 1997 HAB
Conference. I do know it is also the site of the 20th IASC. Not certain
whether this in in '97 or '98.
Why not check with the folks in the International Division in Irving.
