Kathy, is the 1996 version of the ADVANCEMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
COMMITTEE GUIDE different at all from the 1994 version? Or, is is just a
reprinting of the 1994 edition?

If it is different, have you gone through it and identified the changes so
that some of the rest of us don't have to do that?

I guess I'll know the answer after the Philmont course on Advancement, but
just wonder what you've found thus far.
