On the question of a flag flying service, if you mean a ceremony rather than
a business, contact MOWW, the Military Order of the World Wars. They do a
"Massing of the Colors" ceremony in Sun City every April. Unfortunately your
council never gave it the plug it deserved. Bud Newhall, Capt., USN Ret., is
an old scout and, I hope, still the sparkplug in organizing that event.
