"The Meanest Mother In the World"

I just heard the above read on the radio about how a mother raised her child
in a manner considered to be more strict than the way the child's friend's
mothers raised them. This child, when grown, realized why mom had done all
of this and in fact was raising her own children just the same way. Does
anyone know of this and possibly have it on paper to scan and post to this
list? Thanks.
