I don't know how our troop or council would handle a similar
situation, but I have an "umbrella" policy which would cover me
if I were sued civilly for any scout related incident. It would
not cover any criminal defense. The two-deep rule is a must!
CYA all the way! (CYA = Cover yourself always ;-) )
