at some clipart I downloaded from Scouts-L. I
downloaded both BSA files and GSA files. The question she posed to me was.
Can she use this clipart without National approval? She was told by someone
from the San Grogonio Girl Scout Council in Southern CA that she has to have
National Approval to use their trademark symbols or name.
