AND the requirements, the people who teach the religious programs to each
scout, the organization that distributes the recognition are all NOT BSA.
Yes, you are correct. The religious awards are the ONLY INSIGNIA THAT IS
NOT BSA INSIGNIA that is allowed to be worn on our uniforms.
Our Episcopalian church set a task force for 2 years to write and revise the
program we present for BSA scout youth to work to earn their religious awards.
