of the next World Youth Forum.
We need all your help, all your opinion, no matter if you are not a young
adult, all is very useful.

Scouting for what?
For this first theme, the Forum discussions will be structured around the
following questions:
How is the educational mission of Scouting presented in the associations that
are members of WOSM?
How is it understood?
How do young people view that mission and the manner in which it is presented?
How can the mission be expressed in terms that are understandable by - and
attractive to - young people of today?
Topic
Scouting for whom?
For this second theme, the Forum discussions will be structured around the
following questions:
Who is a Scout in my country?
Who is not? (Age, sex, social/cultural background, ...)
Why?
Is Scouting open to all?
What obstacles need to be overcome to make it more open?
What changes in style, activities, etc. would be necessary and acceptable to
make it more open?
