Bruce,

You recently posted information on the length of time that it took for
boys in your troop to make first class. You stated that the average was 26
months. I would ( and I think others would also be interested) in how long
these boys stayed with the troop? Although it is not as important, I would
also be interested in how far the boys progressed before leaving the troop.
I would also be interested in how many of the boys who joined the troop never
make it to first class. How long do these boys who do not make first class
stay with the troop?
