Re: Camping without adult supervision

It is my understanding that scouts are not allowed to drive other scouts,
which places quite a few restrictions on patrol activities without adult
supervision.

Also, my troop as a youth, camped without adult supervision once; and I
dropped by on Saturday afternoon to discover a boy had been stung by a bee
and was in anaphylactic shock (sp.). I drove him to the hospital and he
barely made it. The other boys had no transportation and didn't exactly know
what to do. He'd never told anyone he was alergic to bee stings.

I'm following this thread with great interest. I'd like to hear more, esp.
from a lawyer regarding liability in cases with no supervision.
