Pow Wow Midway Help

I have volunteered to be Midway Chairman for next years Clinton
Valley Pow Wow and I'm looking to the list for some collective
brainstorming.

Remember back to the time when you attended (or if you still do)
and think about the midway.

What did you like?
What did you dislike?
What would you have liked to see that wasn't there?
Were there commercial displays?
Did you charge for the commerical displays?
Was there any actual selling of items, besides Scout Shop?

Any great ideas on providing a quality midway to Scouters (both Cub
and Boy)?
