While this will certainly not be the last word on the BSA's square knot
awards, I do want to mention one that was overlooked in earlier postings.
This is the District Committee KEY. It shares the same green and white
knot as the Commissioner's Key, the Scouter's KEY, etc. Requirements for
this award can be found on page 61 of BSA publication No. 34169:
Leadership Training-Plans Procedures and Methods, 1994 Printing. The
award is not that new actually - I think it came out in the fall of 1993,
which would explain it's inclusion in the 1994 printing. Leadership
Training-Plans, Procedures and Methods is the publication with all the
keys/training award scorcards that can be reproduced locally.
