As a UK Scout Leader for the last six years, and a Scout for a not
inconsiderable number of years before that, I must confess that I have
never heard of a Court of Honour in relation to UK Scouting; I had always
thought that it was a purely American term. In my Troop, the situation
referred to would indeed be dealt with at a PLC meeting. I'd be intrigued
to hear what Derry Hamilton, who first brought the topic up, meant by it.
Perhaps things are different across the North Channel...
