Age Requirements

I have a question for the list today. Where can I find the age requirements
for an adult driving other scouts for a troop activity? A 20-yr-old
assistant scoutmaster is willing to drive his vehicle and take some scouts on
the troop activity planned for this weekend, but wasn't sure whether there is
a requirement that drivers should be 21.
