I have been given the responsibility of planning the 50 mile hike
this year for our troop. In the past we have gone to the
Ouachita Nat'l Forest in Eastern Oklahoma.
Question: Can anyone tell me about good 50 mile hiking trails within
about 400 miles of Dallas that -
* Are good Philmont prep hikes (hilly or mountainous)
* Don't require rehiking the same path
Any (and all) help appreciated. Thanks.
