Interesting situation. IMHO This fellow is a sleaze. He shouldnt be
allowed in or near scouting. IF he's guilty !
From the sound of your post, the newspapers have this and apparently
there must be some charges filed. The system will be intensely looking
into his character. If the system finds him guilty, he should be put
out of commission (scouting wise anyway) and kept out. Possibly his
wife should be looked into as well to determine if this is a two-way
street. From the tone of your post, she is saintly, but let the system
decide.
