I forwarded information to Mr Ruiz about restarting the chapter. The
situation at U of PR is a bit unusual, not becuase it is Puerto Rico but
becuase of some other factors.

I've given him the email address of the Alpha Phi Omega office and he
should be able to get everything he needs from there.

Thanx for the forward of the apo-l info, I forgot to do that.
