Boy's Life Reading Level

It is not that some articles are being downgraded in reading level. There
will now be two editions of Boy's Life. One aimed at cubs with a lower
reading level and one aimed at scouts with a higher reading level. For now
both editions will contain the same materials, just different reading levels.
According to Boy's Life staffers who I spoke to at the National Council
meeting in Chicago, as time goes on content may diverge as well.
