We used the same trick, hanging a light on each side of the latrine. The
scouts really liked the idea. In fact, they liked it so much that they
tossed one down the hole. It became known as the KYBO Carp and lasted
from the second or third day of camp until after we left.
Before someone asks, KYBO is what they called latrines at that camp--stands
for Keep Your Bowels Open!
