Thanks for the suggestions. I've heard about the finger nail polish from one
other person in the office this morning. There also were three suggestion for
rubbing alchohol, so I bought some at lunch and I just tried that. I'm doing a
comparison, using it only on my right ankle and leaving my left ankle an waist
alone until later. So far (20 minutes), the alchohol immediately stopped the
itching. I'll keep you posted.
