Jewish Eagle Court of Honor

Bob McGwier (n4hy@CCR-P.IDA.ORG)
Wed, 26 Jul 1995 13:09:37 -0400

Bruce:

The most impressive Court of Honors I have been to were one for a Jewish
scout and one for a Roman Catholic scout. In both of these his LIFE
accomplishments were listed as well as scouting. I hope that no one is
so confined by political correctness that they are not being honored as much
as they deserve by the desire to not be offensive to some person. Why should
non-Jewish scouts/scouters, and other attendees be offended by a recitation of
all the scout has accomplished? If they are, they should get a life.
