ADMINISTRATIVE: Email now working

Hi all ...

We have replaced the ethernet board on the TCUBVM computers and it appears
to be working ok. I appreciate everyones understanding during these
hardware problems and loss of services. Hopefully we can all get back
on track (I have a weeks worth of email to catchup on :)
