British Help needed

G'day folks,
If you know me you will know I am a heavy badge swapper/patch trader, and never
turn down an offer. But I am looking for something rather special. I have
almost completed a set of District badges for all the districts I have been a
member of except for one.
I grew up in a place called Brownhills, just North of Birmingham England and
starting my Scouting there. Sadly I have not got a District badge for that
particular District and am seeking one for it. If anyone in England can help me
out I would appreciate it greatly.
