Hi,
Take a look at the Guide To Safe Scouting Publication No. 34411.
No only does it have policy on swimming safety, but on a
number of other safety areas as well. An online version
is available on the Web at US Scouting (see Web location below).
But it is preferable if you get a hard copy from your local Scout Shop.
You want the 1994 version with the Yellow cover.
You can also FTP to FTP@FTP.hiwaay.net. If neither of these
work for you, drop me a line and I will send you the file via email.
