ADMINISTATIVE: Read the WELCOME file.

Ok all ...

Time for the reminder. READ THE WELCOME file and FOLLOW THE RULES!
I cannot emphasize this strongly enough!!! With well over 1,400
subscribers, what seem a simple slip of mind of our rules is multplied
by 1,400! Rules that have been broken lately:

. Quoting messages
. Sending private messages to the list
. Not letting an issue die/not contributing any thing really new
to a subject

The larger the list grows, the more important that we all follow the
guidelines spelled out in the WELCOME file. IT APPLIES TO ALL! If
you need a copy, send a one line message to "LISTSERV@TCUBVM.IS.TCU.EDU"
with the following: "GET SCOUTS-L WELCOME". Do NOT send any signature
lines, etc.
