Unfortunately, the version that is located at the referenced WWW and FTP
locations is NOT the latest. It may be a 1994 version, but there were two
1994 versions, one with a blue cover and a second with a yellow cover. There
are significant differences between the two. It would not be wise to rely
solely on the information contained at those locations.
