If you or someone in your Pack has an account with Compuserve you can
download any of the following found in the Outdoors Activities Forum under
Scouting:

As you can see there are three different tracking programs for Packs. You
can look at the description before downloading and see whether it more
current than what you have, but I think you find that all were uploaded in
the last couple of years.
