"Adults are now inducted into the OA not as an honor, but to
serve an specific advisory purpose."
This does not apply to all adults. There are a number of adults who became
OA members as youth and have remained active (or reactivated their interest)
in the Lodge as they got older.
What are the qualifications and purposes for awarding the Vigil to anyone?
Any discussion of the merits of limiting Vigil to youth only should be moved
from here to ARROW-L.
