Kevin, excellent posting. No arguments (or flames) from me. The unit
commissioner MUST be more involved with their units. Unfortunately, I've
never been in a unit whose commissioner was worth his or her salt. In many
cases, the units didn't have one at all, and the District Commissioner was
pulling double (or triple or quadruple ...) duty.
Not being an arrowman myself, I can't comment to your second issue. This
may be better discussed in the Arrow-L discussion group.
BTW, what does "E Imi Mau Oka Lokahi" mean?
