Marc,
I fully support your sentiments about the every day rewards, one get
just from working with a unit, I for one do not expect and will most
likely never receive any form of recognition from my District.
I do believe that hard working Leaders/Adults should not be
forgotten or just taken for granted, and regarded like a piece
of the furniture.
Sadly some district leaders are so full of their own self importance
that they forget who doing the work.
