1-800 for GSUSA Uniforms & WWW Time: 10:08 AM Date:5/26/95
Hi everyone,

I wanted to pass along to the Girl Scouts (USA) out there a phone number and
some names I have found useful.

To contact anyone at the National Girl Scout office call 1-800-223-0624.

Uniforms - Adult and Cadette
If you have complaints about the quality or price of the uniform ask for
Therese Gallego. She is the Uniform Buyer for the Girl Scouts. She is in
charge of quality of the uniforms, design, cost, etc. She wants to hear from
you! She says if you are having problems with quality (color, sewing,
material, etc.) to let her know - if you don't it won't change. Also, if you
don't think uniforms should be used as a fundraiser by National and that they
should be at cost to volunteers then let her know.

WWW and email from National
If you want national to get the WWW page soon and to get regular e-mail for
the different departments call the 1-800 and ask for Bob Greensteen. He is
in charge of the computers (amoung other things). National is working on
getting a WWW page.

Remember, if we don't let our views be know no one is going to change things.
If we don't take the five minutes to call a 1-800 number then we don't
deserve to complain.

Take care - yours in scouting
