The list from from "Driven to Distraction" by Hallowell and Ratey
does a very job in sighting the symptoms of ADD. The book BTW is also very
good.
I would though like to add one thing about diagonising ADD.
Everyone has at least one of the above symptoms, but that does not necessarily
mean that you have ADD. What seperates those with ADD from those without ADD
is the ability to show that the person has been able to continully demonstrate
the symptoms over a long period time.
I have a FAQ on ADD/ADHD that I have sent to a number of subscribers of this
list. Does anyone what that FAQ available for downloading? I will also add
some of the other responses that were posted in the past couple of months.
