Re: Annapolis Contacts

The Hendra Family (JScharf@AOL.COM)
Thu, 30 Mar 1995 00:11:42 -0500

While he was researching the Washington DC area for the Troop megatrip in
1996, my son recently contacted the public relations office at Annapolis and
they sent a *huge* package with lots of info. Yes, they have scout stuff...
sort of...

Visiting groups are welcome to reserve a primitive camp site within the
Retelle RV Campground... The primitive area is located in a rustic wooded
setting with water, electricity, bathhouses with lavatories and hot showers
(rustic??? primitive???). The camp is located approx. 3 miles from Annapolis.

Tours of the Academy are available 7 days a week excluding holidays. Meals
and religious services are also available.
